Upper Dugout Seats Worth the Price of Admission The Upper Dugout seats in Surprise are some of the best non-premium seats that fans at a Cactus League ballpark can buy. Three Upper Dugout sections apiece are on each side of the second-story press box and they overhang the lower level, which puts them closer to the playing field than normal upper level seats are, and that design makes you feel like you’re hovering above the field. Even better, all seven rows in each of the six sections (201-206) are covered by a roof, so you’ll have it made in the shade at a reasonable-by-modern-day-standards price, which is $20 in 2010.
