Bucs denied satisfying exclamation point
Pittsburgh fell short of capping the season series with one more win on Wednesday and was left to settle for a final 10-5 record against Chicago. Playing in front of 33,555 at Wrigley Field, the Pirates dropped the rubber game of the series, 5-3.

Pittsburgh has tweaked its rotation for its upcoming weekend series against the Nationals. Charlie Morton, initially slated to pitch on Saturday, will now go on Sunday. Taking the hill on Saturday will be Paul Maholm.
