Practice
Fans can watch the players warm up and practice daily on the Practice Fields at the Peoria Sports Complex. Practice field gates open in the morning and are free of charge. It is a great opportunity to watch the players in an up close and relaxed setting.

Fans are real down on the Padres in ’09. I know. I live in San Diego. The team has slashed its payroll and is in the process of being sold. Tickets here are expensive. Save your money on the convenience fees and buy day of game at the box office or from a scalper at below face value out front. The only exception: when the Cubs visit.
