Unique Seating Areas
There are some unique seating areas for individuals and groups of various sizes, including the Right Field Pavilion and Terrace (located on the rooftop behind home plate); tickets for these areas include an unlimited buffet and fountain drinks. Club and Premium seating sections offer in-seat food and beverage service, so fans don't have to miss a thing. The Goodyear Ballpark features a concourse with a 360 degree view of the field. All seating is lower bowl, so everyone is close to the action.

Be Wary of Customer Service Issues And Overhyped Demand
Anytime a new ballpark opens there are customer service issues as far as having enough employees at the games to scan tickets and at concession lines to serve fans. Allow extra time and don’t feel you have to buy your tickets in advance for every Indians game. Ohio’s economy is in the toilet, sadly.

You've Got It Made in the Shade
Goodyear has a great ballpark for fans who want to sit in the shade. You're guaranteed cover if you sit in the club seating, which is even with third base. That's because a green awning covers all seats in those sections (106A, 106B and 107A). Fans sitting behind home plate (sections 110-114) don't have the benefit of a roof.
