Tip of the Day

Places to Eat & Stay
Diamonds Sports Grill (Was Sluggo's) great burgers, wings, and a good draft selection. They also offer a shuttle to Hohokam Park. R.T. O'Sullivans on Southern Ave in Mesa also draws a slew of Cub fans. They have great wings also. The lounge/restaurant at the Best Western Dobson Ranch also draws a lot of Cub Fans. The food isn't all that bad. Look hard you might just see a Cub or two. Cub fans have called this hotel home for years. Call early they book up fast in March. The Courtyard in Mesa is also a nice place to stay.( Just off Southern Ave ) Go Cubs !!!! Larry - Cheboygan, MI

"People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring".
